- Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), on a per room, per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 8% Service Tax and MYR 3.00 and MYR 10.00 prevailing government taxes, on a per room, per night basis.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, and check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Rooms and rates are subject to availability, and black-out dates may apply.
- All package inclusions are to be utilised during the stay.
- Offer and inclusions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, privileges, or gift certificates and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.
- Supplements apply for additional guests. Extra person charge with breakfast is MYR 190 per person, per night, subject to 8% Service Tax and prevailing taxes.
Guarantee Policy
- Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Note: All add-on services selected during the booking process are not included in the "Payment Details" and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Letter of authorisation and signatory are required for bookings made via email, telephone, or fax.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers aged 0 to 6 years old with accompanying adults can dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability.
- Children aged 7 to 12 years old with accompanying adults can stay in existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, excluding the kid’s menu.
Cancellation Policy
- Peak Dates: 24-31 December (both dates inclusive). Rebooking is allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the Resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Rebooking could incur difference in rates based on the new dates selected.
Other Information
- No durian, mangosteen, or dragonfruit can be consumed in the Resort.
- Pets are not allowed in the Resort.
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the Resort. Anyone found to be smoking or vaping will be charged a cleaning fee of MYR 1,000 per night.
